PERFECT FIT POUCH IN-HOME 12X85g Perfect Fit is the combination of 20 years and £5million of research from the
Waltham Centre for Pet Nutrition.
It is based on the newest understanding of research which highlights the optimal
macro nutritional profile required by cats and their different lifestyles.
It encompasses everything the Waltham Centre has ever learnt about cats and
their dietary requirements.
Research in the feeding behaviour of cats has shown that cats prefer products
that are: - "high in protein" - "low in starch or carbohydrates" Cats are obligate
carnivores which means they have evolved as meat eaters and are not suited
to eating large quantities of cereals.
Some cereals such as rice and the unique cereals in PERFECT FIT aid diestion
as they protect and prevent against the risk of allergies.
To meet a cat's natural requirments PERFECT FIT has been developed with higher
amounts of protein that other super premium cat foods.
IDEAL MACRO NUTRIENT PROFILE (MNP): - Cats prefer wet products with less
than 25 % of the energy coming from carbohydrates - Cats prefer wet products in
which the energy coming from protein is closer to 50 %
