This thermometer can read the temperature at two
locations. It has two displays which give a
permanent read out of the two sensed temperatures.
The internal sensor is sensitive over a -10°C to +50°C
range while the external sensor over a -50°C to +60°C
range.By means of a max-min button the read-out will
show either the current reading, or a reading from
memory recording either the maximum or the minimum
reading since the thermometer was last reset. A flag
in the display shows which is being read. This
function is available for both the internally and
externally sensed temperatures.
